Terms of service
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms are between Clout Capital Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 804790), registered office 12 St Peter's Terrace, Glenageary, Dublin, A96 N6F2 ("we"), and the company that signs up ("you").
[Remaining clauses of the full terms to be supplied by counsel.]
What the service does
- mytaxcredits.ie prepares supporting documentation and claim figures for review. It does not give tax advice and does not file returns; your company or its authorised tax agent files the corporation tax return through ROS.
- Eligibility is assessed by your tax adviser. AI output is a suggestion and is reviewed by people before sign-off.
- Integrations are read-only. We never write to your systems.
Permitted use and prohibition on performance management
Permitted purpose. The Service is provided only to help you and your designated tax advisers prepare, substantiate and document claims for the Irish R&D corporation tax credit (s766C TCA 1997) or other statutory tax reliefs.
No employee surveillance or performance management. The Service uses work metadata (such as commit, ticket and document activity) to produce coarse apportionments of working time for tax substantiation only. This is not an accurate or lawful measure of productivity, output or working hours. You undertake that you will not use the Service, your data in it, or any output, dashboard or report from it to:
- systematically monitor, track or surveil employees or contractors;
- evaluate employee performance, productivity or output;
- make decisions about employee pay, bonuses or promotions; or
- start or support any disciplinary proceedings or dismissal.
Indemnity. You will indemnify us against claims, regulatory fines, actions and damages (including employment or data protection claims by your employees) arising from a breach of this section.
Liability
Cap. Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these terms and the data processing agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, under data protection law or otherwise, will not exceed the total fees you have paid us.
Excluded losses. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, tax relief, business or goodwill, however caused.
What we don't limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law.
Fees
[Fee model, minimum fee, VAT and when invoices are raised: VERIFY acceptability of success-based fees for tax services and the partner firm's professional rules.]
Records
Your company remains responsible for keeping its tax records for the period Revenue requires. Download signed claim files and your data export before closing your account.
